Health is as Simple as Building a Brick Wall

Let’s say you were going to build a brick wall. Now, I am not a contractor and you don’t need to be one either. Just follow along. This example will help you understand all of the information that follows on the Five Keys, which I will be mentioning in the upcoming blogs.

What does it take to build a brick wall? You need bricks, mortar, workers to do the work, water, a foundation, and some tools. Okay, what else do you need? You will also need a foreman to communicate with his workers, such as a phone, fax, or walkie-talkie. Okay, that’s about it. A professional bricklayer may know more about this, but. For our purposes, let’s just say these are all the things that you need to build a wall.

So now the question is this: If you had the plans and permits, had workers to do the job, had a way to communicate to them, and the workers had all the materials needed, how often would they be able to build that wall?

One hundred times out of the one hundred, right?

The reason I give this example is to make the point that if you have all the building blocks to build something, you can build it every time. This is an important point, but how does this relate to the body?

The Human Body

The human body is as easy to understand as a brick wall. It is made up of many different parts. It has organs muscles, glands, nerves, tendons, bones, cartilage, and more. Each of these parts of the body is made up of specific building blocks, just as a brick wall is made up of building blocks.

For example, one of the building blocks for a bone is calcium. Another is protein. To build a brick wall you need bricks and mortar. To build a bone you need calcium and protein. Similar, just different building blocks. So, what is the difference between the two? The answer is nothing really. They are both material things made up of material building blocks. The only real difference is that they are made up of different building blocks. That’s all.

Now, ask yourself this question: what is the difference between a bone and a muscle? Well, nothing really. They are both material objects- simply different building blocks. Whether it’s a bone, muscle, gland, or nerve, they are all made out of material things, just like a brick wall.

If you have all the building blocks necessary to build a bone, one hundred out of one hundred times, you will be able to build a bone. Same goes for the muscle, or the glands. It’s been proven in my clinics, for over thirteen years, that you should be able to achieve this result every time. The reverse of this would be that if you don’t have the building blocks you would not be able to build, grow, or repair that area.

So, the reason people are not healthy is that they are missing some “bricks or mortar.” In other words, they don’t have the building blocks necessary to make the bone, the muscle, or the gland. That’s all. Imagine trying to make a brick wall with no bricks. Well, it is just as obvious that you cannot properly build a bone if you have a deficiency in calcium or magnesium. Additionally , you cannot build a healthy muscle with a protein deficiency. Further, you will have a hormone problem if you are missing the ingredients to make a hormone.

The body has the ability to grow, repair, rebuild, and function normally if it has the nutrient building blocks that it is supposed to have. You might think, “Why, if this is really that simple, do doctors try to heal the body by giving it drugs? If drugs are not really part of the makeup of the body, how can drugs fix what’s wrong? Well, move to the head of the class. They can’t.

You may have not intended to do so, but I think you have managed to express the state of mind that a lot of people are in. The sense of wanting to help, but not knowing how or where, is something a lot of us are going through.
